Roofr’s Starter plan costs $0 a month, but no Roofr plan includes measurement reports, and there are no bulk report packs. You pay for every report: $19 on free Starter and $13 on any paid plan. Measure+ ($109 a month with 6-hour delivery) lowers the report price and speeds up delivery. But it keeps Starter’s trial limits on proposals, invoices and work orders, and it doesn’t include card or ACH payments. Essentials ($249 a month, or $209 a month billed yearly) is the first plan with unlimited proposals, invoices and work orders plus card and ACH payments. Every plan, including Starter, has unlimited users.
This guide is for a US residential roofer, from owner-operator to about 10 people, who orders standard single-building Roofr reports. It assumes a handful to a few dozen reports a month, possibly with proposals and invoices sent from Roofr. It covers what you pay and which plan fits, not report accuracy or a feature review.
All prices are Roofr’s list prices in US dollars, before tax, from roofr.com/pricing, checked October 17, 2026. They aren’t results from using an account. Roofr retired its older Pro, Premium and Elite plans in 2026, so prices quoted for those plans no longer apply.
Roofr Plans and Prices (2026)
| Plan | Plan fee per month | Price per report | Delivery included | Proposals, invoices & work orders | Card & ACH payments |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0 | $19 | About 24 hours (an estimate) | Limited trial | No |
| Measure+ 6-hour | $109 ($95 billed yearly) | $13 | 6 hours | Limited trial | No |
| Measure+ 2-hour | $169 (check Roofr for yearly) | $13 | 2 hours | Limited trial | No |
| Essentials | $249 ($209 billed yearly) | $13 | 2 hours | Unlimited | Yes |
| Scale | $349 ($299 billed yearly) | $13 | 2 hours | Unlimited | Yes |
US dollars, before tax. Every plan includes unlimited users, so adding an estimator or office helper doesn’t raise the bill.
- Faster delivery costs extra on the lower tiers. On Starter, it adds $5 (12 hours), $15 (6 hours) or $30 (2 hours) to each report. On Measure+ 6-hour, 2-hour delivery adds $15 per report.
- Missed delivery on a paid plan gets you a credit for the base cost of your next report, and any extra speed fee is refunded. Nights, weekends and very complex roofs aren’t covered. See Roofr’s delivery terms.
- Insurance work: ESX files cost $12 per report on Starter and $10 per report on paid plans.
- Add-ons cost extra and aren’t included in any figure in this guide.
What You’ll Pay Each Month at Your Report Count
Your monthly bill is the plan fee plus your report count times the price per report, plus any speed fee:
- Starter: $19 × reports, plus $5, $15 or $30 per report for faster delivery
- Measure+ 6-hour: $109 + $13 × reports ($95 + $13 × reports billed yearly)
- Measure+ 2-hour: $169 + $13 × reports
- Essentials: $249 + $13 × reports ($209 + $13 × reports billed yearly)
- Scale: $349 + $13 × reports ($299 + $13 × reports billed yearly)
Examples on monthly billing, before tax. Starter uses its standard delivery of about 24 hours. Totals cover reports only, with no add-ons or ESX files.
| Reports a month | Starter | Measure+ 6-hour | Essentials |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $95 | $174 | $314 |
| 10 | $190 | $239 | $379 |
| 20 | $380 | $369 | $509 |
| 40 | $760 | $629 | $769 |
The rows show what each count costs at list price. They aren’t a recommendation for any report volume.
Reports only? Work out your own break-even. If reports are the only reason you’d pay, Starter vs. Measure+ comes down to two inputs: how many reports you order and how fast you need them.
- If Starter’s 24-hour delivery is fine: each report is $6 cheaper on Measure+ ($13 vs. $19). On monthly billing, Measure+ 6-hour costs less than Starter from 19 reports a month ($356 vs. $361). Billed yearly, it costs less from 16 reports a month.
- If you’d pay for 6-hour delivery on Starter: that’s $34 a report, so Measure+ 6-hour saves $21 a report. It costs less from 6 reports a month on monthly billing, or 5 billed yearly.
- If you need 2-hour delivery: Starter charges $49 a report. Measure+ 2-hour and Essentials both include 2-hour delivery at $13 a report, so run your count through the formulas above.
If the speed you need changes from month to month, your break-even moves with it. And these counts compare price only. If you need unlimited proposals, invoices or work orders, or card or ACH payments in Roofr, your report count doesn’t decide the plan. Essentials is the first plan that includes them.
Which Plan Fits: Reports Only, or Proposals and Payments Too
- Starter ($0): no time limit, $19 reports. Roofr lists a “10 total” trial limit separately for proposals and signatures, invoices and work orders, and Roofr Payments isn’t available.
- Measure+ ($109 or $169): changes the report side only: $13 reports, faster included delivery and report extras such as material calculations and waste factor. It has the same trial limits as Starter and no card or ACH payments.
- Essentials ($249, or $209 billed yearly): the first plan with unlimited proposals, invoices and work orders, unlimited e-signatures, and card and ACH payments. Reports are still $13 each.
- Scale ($349, or $299 billed yearly): same $13 reports as Essentials. It adds 7 job boards, crew management, job costing and profit margins, QuickBooks Online integration (beta, US businesses) and custom roles. Roofr itself suggests Essentials for a team of 1–2 and Scale for 3+ people running multiple jobs.

If you only need measurement reports, your choice is Starter or Measure+, and it turns on your report count and delivery speed. If you need unlimited proposals, invoices or work orders, or want to get paid by card or ACH in Roofr, Essentials is the first plan that includes them.
Monthly or Yearly Billing?
Yearly billing costs about 15% less than monthly, and you pay for the year upfront. Monthly plans are still available. Plan fees per year, before reports:
| Plan | 12 monthly payments | Billed yearly | Yearly saves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Measure+ 6-hour | $1,308 | $1,140 | $168 |
| Essentials | $2,988 | $2,508 | $480 |
| Scale | $4,188 | $3,588 | $600 |
Report prices don’t change with the billing term. Roofr’s Terms attach these conditions to paid subscriptions:
- It auto-renews for the same term at Roofr’s then-current non-promotional rate.
- If you cancel, there’s no prorated refund. You keep access until the end of the term you’ve paid for.
Plan changes, up or down, take effect at your next billing cycle, and there’s no setup fee. If you’re not sure yet how many reports or documents you’ll need, starting monthly means you aren’t paying for a year upfront.
Your Report Count Sets the Bill; Proposals and Payments Set the Floor
Settle the paperwork question first, not the report count. If you want unlimited proposals, invoices or work orders from Roofr, or card or ACH payments there, the lowest plan that includes them is Essentials ($249 a month, or $209 billed yearly). Starter and Measure+ keep trial limits on those documents and have no card or ACH payments. Scale ($349, or $299 billed yearly) comes in only if you also need job costing, QuickBooks Online or crew management. On either plan, each report adds $13.
If reports are the only thing you’ll use Roofr for, the floor drops to Starter at $0, and the bill is your monthly report count times $19, plus any speed fee. Measure+ trades that for a $109 or $169 plan fee and $13 reports. Run your own count and the delivery speed you actually need through the formulas above. The break-even moves with both, so someone else’s report count won’t settle yours.
The billing term is the last call. Yearly takes about 15% off the plan fee, but the year is paid upfront and there’s no prorated refund if you cancel, so monthly carries less risk while your report and document counts are still moving.
Everything above uses Roofr’s list prices as of October 17, 2026, and the current figures are on roofr.com/pricing. Last month’s jobs will give you the report count. The harder question is the other one: will Roofr be where your proposals, invoices and payments go?
